Nice and Neat Landscapes is a family owned and operated property maintenance company. Dwayne and Jaime Routliffe purchased the company (in operation since 2007) in the Fall of 2014. Dwayne has 20+ years of experience in golf course and property maintenance and Jaime has 20+years of experience in customer service.

Dwayne has a BaSc in Golf Course Management with Majors in Horticulture. He carries extensive experience with turfgrass renovation and rehabilitation and can offer his wealth of experience to help you realize your property goals.
